Rosina Teri Memolo is a fine artist and commercial photographer in the SE quadrant of Washington, DC. Rosina is known for her urban inspired images which document the disappearing landmarks and changing diaspora of the city. Her images are intuitive, sometimes even happy accidents. Rosina has work in books, movies, and recently had work included in exhibitions in Corcoran Gallery of Art and Contemporary Wing.
Rosina invests her time outside of her personal work, art shows and clients, in the community teaching young people to make a difference by harnessing and training their creativity and critical thinking.

For the last fourteen years, Words Beats & Life has been teaching and transforming lives of DC youth through the power of hip hop culture. Using the platform of learning about the various aspects of hip hop: deejaying, street art, emceeing and dance, as well as chess, photography, spoken word and music production, we endeavor to teach our students real-world skills: critical thinking, anger management, community-building, etc., as well as techniques for pursuing a secondary education through mentoring and assistance in scouting colleges and universities, writing application letters and building portfolios and resumes.
WBL will be auctioning off work by many of DC's best hip hop artists for their "Give The Gift Of Hip Hop" campaign.
